Low calorie breakfast taco that's sure to tickle the tastebuds! This recipe makes four tacos for two people...good luck trying to share them!

Instructions
Step 1
Take the sausage meat out of the wrapping and combine with your seasoning of choice. I chose a mexican seasoning. Make four equal sized balls, then place on your tortilla and smash together.
Step 2
Cook on meat side first. Then flip to the tortilla. I used a meat thermometer to check temp of meat.
Step 3
Add the Nduja to a pan with some oil. Once sizzling, cook your eggs and scramble together in a pan.
Step 4
Combine together and create your breakfast taco
