Cheesy garlic butter rice (dump meal)
Easy weeknight dump meal! Cheesy garlic butter rice with chicken all ingredients straight into the oven together. Use cauliflower as an inconspicuous veggie. Cheese can be sharp cheddar or parmesan, you want something flavourful!

Step 1
Spray a casserole dish and mix all ingredients together reserving 1/4 cup cheese and butter. Sprinkle remaining cheese and butter on top. Cover and bake 20 minutes at 400°F then uncover and bake until liquid absorbs and rice cooks through, approx 25 minutes. If liquid evaporates before rice is cooked you can add a bit of water through. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
