Step 1
Start by cooking your rice.
Step 2
Chop up the broccoli or any veggies you want to add.
Step 3
Add all the sauce ingredients to a small bowl and mix to combine.
Step 4
Put a medium pan on medium heat and add in the oil.
Step 5
Once the pan is hot, add in the broccoli. If you like your broccoli softer, you can add a few tablespoons of water into the pan and pop the lid on to steam.
Step 6
Once the broccoli is vibrant in colour, add a bit more oil to the pan and add in the meat. Make sure the meat doesn't overlap. Cook the meat fully.
Step 7
Once the meat is cooked, add in the sauce. Toss to combine and cook the sauce until it thickens slightly. This should only take 1-2 minutes.
Step 8
Serve over rice with some optional green onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
