Step 1
Cook the pasta to pack instructions.
Step 2
Five minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the edamame beans. Put the prawns in a colander.
Step 3
When the pasta is cooked drain it over the prawns to help them warm through. Return the pan to a low-medium heat, add the passata. As it starts to bubble add the pasta, beans and prawns. Mix gently.
Step 4
Continue to heat for a few moments. Stir occasionally to ensure the prawns are fully heated and the pasta is coated in sauce.
Step 5
Serve with a crisp green salad and garnish with sprigs of fresh basil. Enjoy!
