Instructions

Step 1
1. Mix the raw prawn with a table spoon of paprika powder, chilli flakes and a pinch of salt. Set the prawn aside.
Step 2
2. In a pot, fill the pot with 3/4 water and boil it. Once it starts to boil, add in a pinch of salt, table spoon of olive oil and give it a stir. Once stirred, add in pasta of your choice. Allow the pasta to cook for 8-10 minutes.

3. In a pot, fill the pot with 1/4 of olive oil and let it heat up. Once heated up, fry the prawns till its is golden brown and set the fried prawn aside.

4. Turn off the stove and let the oil to cool down.
Step 5
5. Once the oil cooled down, turn on the stove, and add the garlic. Cook the garlic in slow heat for 8-10 minutes. The slow cooking will allow the garlic to cook completely and prevent garlic breath.
Step 6
6. Once the garlic is cooked till golden brown, add in chilli flakes and dried oregano and dried parsley. Sauté the ingredients.
Step 7
7. Add few red chilli which has been chopped to small slices. Sauté for 1 minute.
Step 8
8. Add a teaspoon of salt and sauté once more.
Step 9
9. Add the pasta which has been cooked and sauté till even.
Step 10
10. Finally, add in the cooked prawns and parsley which has been finely chopped.
Step 11
11. The food is ready to be served.
