Instructions
Step 1
1. Melt 40 gms butter in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Step 2
2. Add ginger and garlic and saute it till it starts turning golden.
Step 3
3. Add chicken pieces and saute them for 3-4 minutes or until they have changed colour.
Step 4
4. Add salt and black pepper powder and mix it well. Let cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
5. Add greek yoghurt and mix well, let cook for 5-8 minutes.
Step 6
6. Reduce the flame, cover the lid and cook the chicken for 20-25 minutes.
Step 7
7. Add remaining 100 gms of butter and let that melt.
Step 8
8. Add that dollop of heavy cream to your heavenly kalimirch chicken and you are all set.
