Instructions

Prepare the lamb

Step 1
Add saffron, black pepper and turmeric into a small cup and then add 1/4 cup of hot water. Mix it well and then bring the lamb, add salt on the lamb per preference then cover the surface with the mixed spices

Prepare the Tray

Step 2
Add the rest of the spices to the tray having the garlic and onion pealed and cut into big pieces. Then add three cup of water

Oven step

Step 3
Pre heat the oven to 180 c only the bottom heat. Put the lamb on the tray separated from the spices and then cover it with baking paper and aluminium foil. Then put all in the oven and leave it for three hours.

Cooking the rice

Step 4
Before the three hours end add wash the rice and soak in water for 20 minutes. Then take out the tray and remove the cover and the lamb. Add the rice to the water with a teaspoon of salt to the rice. Add more water if needed. Then add the cover back and put the tray back to the oven for 30 minutes.
