Ingredients

300gprawn

1 tbchilli paste

0.75 tbcurry powder
prawn fish

0.5 tbmsg

0.25palm sugar

1 stalkchilli

200mlcoconut milk
Blend with water and stir fry
Instructions
Step 1
Stir fry the blended ingredients untill oil come out







Step 2
Add chilli paste, cook for a while and add curry powder and cook until brownish.



Step 3
Add turmeric powder if you don't have turmeric tuber. Stir till brown and add 1 small cup of water.


Step 4
Add salt, msg and nise. Close the pot and let the oil come out



Step 5
Add 1 cup/200ml coconut milk, asam gelugur and a little water

Add eggplant/cucumber/long bean/solok chilli if you want
Step 7
Add prawn with egg. Cook until done
