Step 1
Cook rice
Step 2
Roughly chop Asian greens and trim snow peas
Step 3
Stir fry Asian greens for 2-3 mins. Transfer to a bowl

Pat the salmon dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Pan fry the salmon
Step 5
While the salmon is cooking, combine the snow peas, Shredded reb cabbage and sesame dressing. Season to taste.
Step 6
Remove the salmon from the heat and pour in a splash of ponzu.
Step 7
To the saucepan with rice, add some sesame seeds and a small dash of sesame dressing.
Step 8
Divide sesame rice between bowls, top with slaw and Asian greens and salmon. Sprinkle sesame seeds, Crispy shallots, siracha and mayo on top.
