Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2
Grab a 9x13 baking dish and add tomatoes, zucchini, and bell peppers.
Step 3
Drizzle 1/2 Tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and stir.
Step 4
Add feta block to middle of the pan so it’s flush with the dish and drizzle with remaining 1/2 Tbsp olive oil and a sprinkle of black pepper.
Step 5
Sprinkle whole dish with Italian herbs
Step 6
Bake 30-35 mins. Once you take it out of the oven, immediately smash the feta block and stir the dish.

4) Top with cooked chicken and basil and serve
