Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat BBQ, smoker or fan-forced oven to 150 C OR 300 F. Line baking tray with baking paper. If you are cooking with gas or charcoal you will want to have it set-up for an indirect heat.

2. Insert butterfly into a clean, dry TM mixer bowl. Add EGG WHITE and WHIP for 1 MINUTE | SPEED 4 | MC ON.

4. Add REMAINING INGREDIENTS, combine for 10 SECONDS | SPEED 2 | MC ON . Combine with spatula if needed.

4. Remove mixture to a baking tray, and spread in a single layer. Bake for 15 - 20 MINUTES AT 200 C, or until golden brown and dry, stirring halfway through. Allow to cool completely before serving.
