Instructions
Step 1
First soak and clean the green beans, while that is soaking dice the onion (1/2 cup), rinse the potatoes and cut into quarters and cut the bacon into bit size cuts (1/2 cup)
Step 2
Boil water in a steamer, snap the ends and middle of green beans and add to the boiled pot.
Step 3
Add your potatoes more or less is up to you. Add your onion, again more or less to your desire.
Step 4
Continue to Boil on medium high until potatoes are tender (20 min ish).
Step 5
Add bacon and sit on low for (10 min ish)
Step 6
Salt and pepper as desired
