Steak tips in creamy mushroom gravy

Steak marinade
Mushroom gravy
Instructions
Step 1
Slice sirloin into bite sized pieces and add to marinade for 30mins
Step 2
Add olive oil to pan and fry steak tips - don’t need to cook all the way through
Step 3
Remove steak tips from pan and add butter, shallots - cook shallots for 2mins
Step 4
Add minced garlic and mushrooms and cook down completely
Step 5
Add seasonings and flour to mushroom/shallot mix
Step 6
Add beef broth and reduce until thick
Step 7
Add gravy master and Worcestershire
Step 8
Add a couple tablespoons of sauce to sour cream in separate container and stir
Step 9
Add in sour cream and stir to combine
Step 10
Add steak tips and juices back into gravy and cook for 5-10mins
