Instructions

Step 1
Line a tray with foil and fry light spray
Step 2
Slice the apples and place in the base
Step 3
Then add the strawberries on top of the apples
Step 4
Mix the flaked almonds, honey and oats together and sprinkle on top of the fruit
Step 5
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees C (fan assisted)
Step 6
Add the ricotta to serve (you can sweeten with extra honey if you like)
