Step 1
Cook your udon noodles in a saucepan

Separately, cook the minced garlic in a skillet with extra virgin olive oil
Step 3
Add in the onions, more evoo, and the toss in the shrimp and cook for about 10 min on medium heat - Add in the butter and seasonings
Step 4
Mix everything together until the butter melts and add in the cooked udon
Step 5
Garnish with some parsley (optional)
