peeled and cut into 1/4" pieces

Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat a tb of oil over M heat in a pan or wok, add in egg and lightly scramble before removing and setting aside.
Step 2
2. Heat remaining oil and sautee carrot and onion until tender. Season pork with salt and pepper, add and cook until beginning to brown. Stir in ginger, garlic, and peas, cook about 1-2m longer.
Step 3
3. Add rice then stir in soy sauce, green onion, hoision, and seasame oil. Fold in egg mixture just before serving,
