Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat oil or butter to M, add in onion and garlic, cook for 1m before adding steak and mushroom, cook until mushroom is almost tender.
Step 2
2. Add spices and flour, mix well and cook another minute before deglazing the pan with the broth. Bring to a boil and stir in the consumme and soup.
Step 3
3. Simmer 5-10m, removing from heat and stirring in sour cream.
Step 4
4. Serve over cooked egg noodles, sprinkle with parsley.
