Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter or margarine in a pot depending on if you want it to be milchig or pareve then add in the oil
Step 2
Add in the onions and sauté till golden brown
Step 3
when onions are golden add in the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil
Step 4
Lower the flame and let simmer on very low till ready to serve
Step 5
Once your ready to serve add in cheese and croutons to the soup
