Instructions

Step 1
Start by making the slaw by combining all the ingredients listed above in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl whisk together the ingredients for the dressing, pour over the slaw and stir well to combine. Once done place in fridge to marinate until ready to serve.

Grab a medium bowl and whisk all the ingredients for the glaze together and set aside.

To prep the meatballs, grab another bowl, combine all the ingredients above, and mix well. Use a tablespoon to measure out your meat mixture and roll into mini meatballs.

Step 4
In a large skillet heat 3 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Cook the meatballs until they are browned on all sides. Turn down the heat and add the glaze to the pan, coat the meatballs, and continue to heat until glaze is thick and has coated all the meatballs.
Step 5
Take a single leaf of the butter lettuce, add some meatballs, top with your slaw, and garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy
