200gPasta

2brown onions

400gcanned freshwater Tuna

2 tablespoonsflour

750mlmilk

1lemon juice
or lemon

1 tspcayenne pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Use a medium to large pot to cook pasta as per packet instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside
Step 2
Melt butter in a separate large pot, and cook onion for 1 minute or until transparent.
Step 3
To avoid burning the pot ensure the milk is kept on standby. Add 1 tbs of flour until crumbly and immediately add milk until the sauce has a thin, slightly runny consistency.
Step 4
Add the remaining tbs of flour, then add more milk to achieve a runny/saucy consistency. The rest of the milk can be added regularly to keep a thin saucy consisteny
Step 5
Mix tuna into the sauce with lemon juice, cayenne pepper and salt to taste
Step 6
Mix cooked pasta into tuna sauce
Step 7
Let sauce thicken and serve
