Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry with Noodles

Instructions

Step 1
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until it is fully cooked and no longer pink. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
Step 3
In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the sliced red and yellow bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
Step 5
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables in the skillet.
Step 6
Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet with the vegetables and sauce. Toss everything together until the chicken and vegetables are coated with the sauce.
Step 7
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until the noodles are well combined with the chicken and vegetables.
Step 8
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
Step 9
Garnish the Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry with thinly sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Step 10
Serve the delicious stir-fry immediately and enjoy!
