Instructions
Step 1
Place the egg into a pot of cold water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer the egg for 5 to 8 minutes for medium to hard boiled egg. Using a large spoon, remove the egg from the water and place into a bowl of cold water. Once cooled, peel and slice.
Step 2
Spread the avocado onto the warm toasted bread. Layer with sliced tomato and top with egg.
Step 3
Serve with strawberries on the side.
