Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 and grease 13 x 9 pan
Step 2
Finely chop all veggies
Step 3
brown turkey and season with salt, garlic, and white pepper
Step 4
Once turkey is cooked, add in onions and peppers and cook for 2 mins
Step 5
Add potatoes in separate mixing bowl, add turkey mix and cheese
Step 6
Pour potato/turkey mixture into pan, then pour egg whites on top
Step 7
Cook for 55-65 minutes, add more cheese on top if desired
