Arrange the marinated tofu cubes on the air fryer tray.
Fry till crispy (3-5mins).

Stir fry the garlic and ginger until golden brown or fragrant.
Add mushroom and toss, let mushroom sear then flip the slices.

Add miso paste and peanut butter and stir until smooth.
