Instructions

For crispy tofu

Preheat air-fryer to 180°C.

For stir-fry

Step 6
Stir fry the garlic and ginger until golden brown or fragrant. Add mushroom and toss, let mushroom sear then flip the slices.

Add carrots and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.

Add water and bring to boil. Add miso paste and peanut butter and stir until smooth.
