Instructions

Step 1
Peel, remove pit, and cut the avocado your own way. My way is to cut it in half, take oit the pit, and then squeeze out the inside (it's messy, but fun). Mamma's way is to cut in half, remove pit, cut in half again, and then peel.
Step 2
Put the prepared avo in a normal eating bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth-ish.
Step 3
Add the lemon juice and spices to taste and mix in with fork.
Step 4
Toast the bread. Spread the avo on the toast while it's warm. Voilá!
