Instructions
Step 1
Boil the Potatoes in a saucepan of water until soft but not breaking apart.
Step 2
Pre heat the oven to 325F/170C/Gas 3.
Step 3
Melt half the butter in a frying pan. Cook the onion until soft, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Turn the onion into a bowl. Add the ham, Potatoes, Cheese & Tomato Ketchup. Season well. Stir to combine all ingredients.
Step 5
Spread the Hash in a buttered baking dish in a layer about lin deep. Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Make hollows for the number of eggs and break the eggs into the hollows.
Step 7
Melt the rest of the butter and dribble over the eggs and hash
Step 8
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set and cooked to your taste. Garnish with Parsley and serve.
