Step 1
In a food processor, pulse garlic into a paste. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until combined. Transfer to a glass bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray, then heat over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3 minutes per side until seared on the outside and heated to package specifications. Place cheese slices on the patties during the last minutes of cooking so the cheese melts. Remove from heat and tent with foil to keep warm.
