Ingredients

¾ cupalmond milk
or milk of choice
¾ cupfrozen strawberries
1/2 cup if berries fresh or thawed
½ cupfrozen blueberries
0.25cranberry concentrate juice
cranberry juice works fine, but look for unsweetened to reduce sugar content
¼ cupoats
rolled or quick
1 scoopvanilla protein powder
1 Tbspmilled flax seed
ground
1 scoopmulti-vitamin
optional
3ice cubes
for desired texture
Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a blender in order of ingredients list and blend until desired consistency is reached (adding ice cubes accordingly)
