Toast your slice of bread

Throw your cottage cheese into a mini food processor or blender to get nice and creamy
Step 3
Mash 1/2 avocado and mix with blended cottage cheese in a small bowl (+ salt, pepper, and chili flakes)
Step 4
Sauté your tomatoes for a few minutes on the stovetop with a drizzle of EVOO

Serve your avocado/cottage cheese mixture on slice of toast with sautéed tomatoes and additional salt, pepper, and red chili flakes
