Cooked the way you prefer to serve it

a tiny squeeze for the avocados

Instructions
Step 1
• Toast your bread in the toaster or oven.
Step 2
• Cut the avocados open and remove the seed.
Step 3
• Scoop out the avocados into a bowl, add in a splash of lemon juice, a pinch of salt,tomatoes slices, and red pepper flakes.
Step 4
• Smash your avocado with a fork to the texture you like. Leave it chunky or smash it until smooth.
Step 5
• Spread it onto your toasted bread.
Step 6
• Cut the eggs then add them to the toasted bread .
Step 7
• Add flakes of black pepper onto the avocado toast with eggs .
