Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice your chicken breast



Step 2
Add Balsamic Vinegar and sea salt into frying pan then add your chicken, place cover over and let boil for about 5 minutes. Set oven to 250 to preheat.




Step 3
Uncover and add brown sugar then continue to cook on high for 5-8 minutes, or until chicken is completely cooked. While waiting for chicken, shred mozzarella cheese if you are not using sliced mozzarella cheese

Step 4
Once chicken is fully cooked, place chicken individually on parchment lined cooking tray and cover each piece with roasted peppers and mozzarella (shredded or a slice).


Step 5
Place chicken into oven for 12 minutes. When you take chicken out, sprinkle with sea salt, drizzle balsamic glaze and top with fresh leaves of basil!
