Step 1

Homemade garlic and herb pizza with lemon arugula salad, Prosciutto, fresh grated Parmesan, and balsamic glaze.

Step 2

Add oil to both sides of dough set in pan

Step 3

Add a little of garlic spread

Step 4

Bake until crispy

Step 5

While baking add salt, pepper, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a couple teaspoons of lemon oil to arugula let marinade while crust cooks

Step 6

When slightly cooled add arugula, Prosciutto slices, sliced Parmesan, and drizzle with balsamic glaze
