Simple Fried Rice

Such a simple dish to make, you don’t need to over complicate it. Use leftover meat and vegetables or whatever you got. I also like to make this dish with chinese sausage, but not everyone knows where to get it at. Love making this for pot lucks in my giant wok because it takes 15 minutes to do. Always use day old rice straight from the fridge.

1. Add oil to a hot pan
