MEXICAN BREAKFAST FOR WEIGHT LOSS: HUEVO Y JAMÓN A LA MEXICANA 🇲🇽 This is one of my favorite meals growing up and it’s so easy to make. It’s perfect because it only takes 10 minutes to make and requires simple ingredients. The recipe is low calorie and low carb - feel free to add queso fresco or a couple tortillas!

Step 1
1. Slice vegetables and 2 ounces ham.
Step 2
2. In a bowl add 1/2 cup egg whites and 1 egg. Add seasonings to taste.

3. Grease a pan with avocado oil spray and onions. Cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
4. Add Anaheim pepper and jalapeño. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
5. Add ham and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6
6. Add tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
Step 7
7. Add egg mixture and combine until eggs are cooked through.
Step 8
8. Serve with sides of choice: 3 low calorie tortillas and 28 G queso fresco in video
