Instructions
Step 1
Cream butter well (take out of refrigerator ahead of time so it will be soft).
Step 2
Add brown sugar and blend. Add ice water and vanilla. Mix
Step 3
Then add all flour except about 2 tablespoons which are used to flour nuts.
Step 4
Blend together and add nuts last.
Step 5
Take small balls of cookie dough and with palms, roll into small finger shapes. Put on greased cookie sheet.
Step 6
Bake in 350ºF oven for about 30 minutes or until slightly browned.
Step 7
Remove from oven and roll in powdered or confectionery sugar
