Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil and onion in large saucepan until softened. Add garlic and sautรฉ one minute.
Step 2
Add tomato paste and cook until slightly darker in color.
Step 3
Add heavy cream and vodka and cook until evaporated. Add red pepper flakes to taste.
Step 4
Stir until combined, add salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Step 5
Cook pasta separately, reserving a cup of pasta water.
Step 6
Add butter to sauce, stirring until melted. Add pasta and park to sauce, using pasta water as needed until desired texture.
Step 7
Serve with extra parm to top.
