'Carrot cake' healthy breakfast bars

Excellent for using up bananas that are past their 'eating' best.
This is based on my original healthy banana oat 'cookies'. I think you could very successfully add raisins or sultanas into thus with no need to adjust the recipe any further.

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until we'll mixed (will be quite wet, but if too wet add a few more oats)
Step 2
Preheat oven to 200c / 180c fan. Line a baking sheet with baking paper
Step 3
Form the mix into 6 substantial rectangle breakfast bars - these are pretty filling! They can be fairly close together, the mix doesn't spread
Step 4
Bake in the oven for about 20 mins, until browned but not too dark.
Step 5
Remove and allow to cool. Once cold, these can be stored for up to 5 days in an airtight container (I usually store on the baking paper in the container, just to prevent mess)
