Step 1
Preheat the broil on your oven. Cut slice of sourdough in half. Toast your bread. Slice tomato, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Spread chili garlic on toast, add slices of cheese on top of other slice.
Step 3
Pop the slices in the oven for a minute or two, just to get cheese melty.
Step 4
Add sliced of tomato on top, drizzle balsamic vinegar. Smash slices together. ENJOY!! THANK ME LATER!!!
