Cabbage, Potato, Onion, Rutabaga, Bacon, and sausage mix

This is something I just mixed together on a wim. I don't measure seasoning so you'll have to adjust as wanted. But this is what I did. 1/4 of a cabbage head chopped 1 lb of bacon sliced 5 medium yellow potatos half quartered 4 rutabagas peeled and Diced 1/2 of a stick of butter 2 small onions sliced 28 oz smoked sausage sliced into rounds Black pepper Seasoned salt Garlic Powder Onion Powder Slap Ya Mama seasoning Table Blend Seasoning

Instructions

Step 1
1. Slice or dice your bacon however you like

Peel and dice the rutabaga
Step 3
Cut potatoes in quarters or half quarters
Step 4
Chop cabbage
Step 5
Slice onions
Step 6
Cook the chopped bacon on medium
Step 7
Add everything else in pan and put slices of butter in and cover. Let butter melt.
Step 8
Add seasonings. Stir frequently and cook until potatoes are tender. If it's a bit much to stir wait till it cooks down a bit and then add your seasonings.
Step 9
Slice smoked sausage into rounds or dice them whatever you prefer, add them to the mix
Step 10
Cook with lid off until onions look caramelized. Keep an eye on it as it can burn easily. Then enjoy!
