Do not worry if the broth is not above the contents initially. Remove the bay leaves and rib bones. Extremely tastes and leftovers last in the fridge for several days.
Step 5
Taste for flavor and saltiness before removing the stew from the crockpot. Add Himalayan sea salt or Better than Bullion Beef if the broth needs more salt.
