Instructions
Step 1
Scrub the potatoes and carrots and cut them into small 1” chunks.

Peel and dice the onion.

Step 3
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low setting for 20 hours. After the first hour, regularly press the ingredients beneath the broth line with a wooden spoon. Do not worry if the broth is not above the contents initially. Add spring water or broth later if necessary.

Step 4
Remove the bay leaves and rib bones. Extremely tastes and leftovers last in the fridge for several days.
Step 5
Taste for flavor and saltiness before removing the stew from the crockpot. Add Himalayan sea salt or Better than Bullion Beef if the broth needs more salt.
