Step 1
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, honey, beef broth, chili flakes, and black pepper.
Step 2
Cut beef into small thin slices and divide 1 pack enoki mushroom into smaller portions. Roll beef with the mushroom inside. Seal them tightly.
Step 3
In a pan, heat a 2 tbsp of olive oil.
Step 4
Saute your onions and green onions until slightly translucent.
Step 5
Placed your rolled beef on top of the onions.
Step 6
After 2 minutes, flip your beef and pour in your sauce.
Step 7
Cover it with lid and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
Step 8
Remove the lid, pour in your beaten eggs all over the meat and let it cook for 3 minutes.
Step 9
Once it ready, garnish it with fried crispy garlic and toasted sesame seed.
