Step 1
Veggies: sauté garlic and onions to med brown Add cabbage, carrots, and snow peas. Cook to crisp. Add 0.5 c chicken broth, soy sauce to light brown color and taste Set aside
Step 2
Noodles: place noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water over them to soften, according to the package instructions. Drain Sauté more garlic and onions to medium brown Add 2.5 c chicken broth, soy sauce to light brown color to taste. Add softened noodles and simmer for a minute. It shouldn’t be soupy. Pour off excess water if there is too much. Mix veggies with noodles. Don’t cook them too or veggies will be overcooked
