Roast pepper and goatcheese spread - WLS recipe
2 steps
Prep:10min
A nice alternative to a slice of cheese or chicken filet on toast. Make yourself this hearty spread, which will stay fine in the fridge for about a week. Also lovely in combination with a slice of chicken filet or underneath some eggs on toast! WLS recipe.

Instructions
Step 1
Roast the pine nuts in a pan until just golden brown. Keep a careful eye on them, they do get burned quickly! No need for butter or oils, the pine nuts are oily enough themselves.

Step 2
Add all ingredients to a blender or kitchen machine and turn it into a fine paste.
