Step 1
Mix thawed carne picada, carne asada marinade, and seasonings into a gallon sized bag
Step 2
Let marinade, refrigerated, for at least 30 minutes
Step 3
Add the marinaded carne picada into a crockpot and cook on low for 2.5 hours
Step 4
Add flour (as necessary) at the end to thicken sauce
