1 tspvegetable oil

Korean, or 1/2 green bell pepper

Step 1
Prepare the vegetables by cutting potatoes into bite-sized cubes and the peppers and onions into chunks. In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients together and mix well. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat and sauté potatoes for about 5 minutes. Add in the sauce and bring to a boil over high heat. Cover and reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for about 7-8 minutes stirring once in a while, until potatoes are soft. If it reduces too quickly, add more water as necessary. Stir in the green peppers and onion, and continue to boil, uncovered at medium heat, for another 3 – 4 minutes until the sauce is mostly reduced and absorbed. Stir in the sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Serve as a side dish. You can also keep this in a tightly sealed container in a fridge for about a week.
