Step 1
Peel & Slice potatoes. Melt butter, mix in flour. Cook til bubbly. Stir in milk, salt, and pepper. Stir until it thickens. Add cheese and cook til melty. Layer sliced potatoes and cheese sauce in dish. Bake 350 for an hour (covered) then bake an additional half hour (covered) Enjoy!
