Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven 375. Start off with a sauce pan at medium heat and add your spices, sugar and wine. Allow to cook for a few minutes till dissolved then add your sauce and set aside. Cook your spaghetti pasta, al dente a few minutes less than the package says, strain, and set aside. (You will need to make a batch of our flaxseed cheese sauce see recipe here). Chop artichokes to desired sizes and strain them. Then add them to the cheese sauce. Next combine your spaghetti sauce and your artichoke cheese sauce mixture and stir. To a casserole dish, add your cooked spaghetti pasta to the bottom. Then pour your cheesy spaghetti sauce over the noodles. Top with provolone slices, Parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes until bubbly and golden. Enjoy.
