Instructions

Step 1
SautΓ© garlic, ginger, and spices (cumin, paprika, baharat, sumac, follow your heart) until fragrant. Add chick peas and cook until the moisture is gone and skin is beginning to fall off
Step 2
Boil pasta water and cook pasta. When you drain it, rinse with cold water. In a bowl, add olive oil, freshly chopped herbs, chopped tomatoes, pesto, salt and lemon juice.
Step 3
Top with cooled chick peas and enjoy!
