Instructions
Step 1
cook pasta, reserve 1 cup of the pasta water
Step 2
add olive oil, garlic, chilli powder to a pan on medium to low heat for 1 minute
Step 3
add anchovy paste and sun-dried tomato paste
Step 4
add cherry tomatoes, cook for 2-3 minutes
Step 5
add pasta water, olives and capers
Step 6
bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes
Step 7
add pasta to the sauce, top with grated parmesan and parsley
