Instructions
Step 1
Combine spices with chopped garlic and tomato paste. Fry up with onions and generous amount of olive oil.
Step 2
Chop potatoes and chicken. Oven bake or boil potatoes until cooked.
Step 3
Fry chicken in onions untill the outside is white.
Step 4
Add coconut milk and stir to combine flavours. Season to taste.
Step 5
Add cooked potatoes.
Step 6
Boil and serve with salted rice.
